[civsa] Online Visit Form

Hello!
We are in the process of revamping our online visit request form. I would like to make the end user experience smoother, and the scheduling process more efficient. What tools do you use in collecting and receiving the information? Are the requests exported into a Google drive document? Are you receiving each one individually? How do you keep your requests and schedules organized once you've received them? What fields on the form do you find most helpful? Once you've received a request to visit, how many points of contact do you have with the person during the scheduling process?
