[civsa] Reserved Res Hall rooms

Lisa,

At Valparaiso University, we have an agreement with the Assistant Dean of
Residential Life for a room to be reserved for our office to show on campus
tours as our show room. No student lives there. There is no cost to our
office. It is typically on a female floor. He assigns the room for us. We
have had the same room for two years now and it works out for our campus
tour guides, so we don't have to change it every year. We also stage it
with bedding and other room items, so it's not empty for visitors. We are
given two room keys for it as well.
