Hi Colleagues,

Do you have assigned rooms that you show for campus tours?  Or do you randomly look for open room for each tour?

If you have assigned rooms, can you please share the parameters/agreement/contract/etc that you set-up with students (girl and guy) who show their room?    (ie. Do you pay them, do they have to be available to show at any time, do you have a key to their room, etc.)

We do not have an empty show room to use for tours, therefore we need to rely on students' opening theirs up somehow.
