[civsa] Student Ambassador (Tour Guides) Roles

Hello everyone,

We've recently switched over to SLATE and am having troubling filling the
Student Ambassador's time while on shift beyond giving tours, answering
phones and emails. A lot of manual the front end work is now automated by
our CRM (reminder emails, general email answers, information requests).

Does anyone else have this problem? How have ya'll moved forward to make
their time, not only useful, but meaningful for their professional
development?
