<div dir="ltr">Hello everyone,<div><br></div><div>We've recently switched over to SLATE and am having troubling filling the Student Ambassador's time while on shift beyond giving tours, answering phones and emails. A lot of manual the front end work is now automated by our CRM (reminder emails, general email answers, information requests). </div><div><br></div><div>Does anyone else have this problem?
