[civsa] Tracking Notes from Ambassadors

Hello CIVSA!

Our Admission Department leadership would like our Student Ambassadors to have an avenue to share information about the families on their tour, with the Admission Counselors.  One of the things that was discussed, was asking the ambassadors to log notes in the CRM post visit.  Do any of you out there have processes for documenting notes from ambassadors after they interact with a family?  If so, how is this done (verbally to the counselor, Ambassador logging in the CRM, etc) and I would be curious to know how you structure it, to make sure the ambassadors are taking time to do this and if it's been helpful to your Admission Counselors.

Any information would be appreciated!
