[civsa] Creating Group Visit Policies

Hi Olivia,

We offer set times for group visits twice a day M-F with only 1 option on
Tuesdays.  We use a google calendar to show if the days are available for
group visits.  The groups submit their top 3 dates that they want to visit
and we schedule in the order received.  We give priority to high school
groups and only occasionally make exceptions for middle school groups.  By
having a set schedule we can ensure we will have tour guides available.
