[civsa] Identifying guests

At Arkansas State we have a red bag campaign.  Each visitor is given a red plastic bag with information when they arrive for a visit.  Our faculty, staff and current students know that when they see someone with that particular red bag they are visiting and therefore take extra steps to be helpful.   It works well for us!
