Hello Michelle,

For all of our students we do an electronic form through Slate that allows for students to give feedback. We give them all the option of writing their name or not. On top of that, for our graduating seniors typically a week before graduation we do a one on one meeting with them which gives us time to chat with them about the program, thank them for all they've done, and to also give them their Tour Guide stoles for graduation.

I would like to implement an exit interview process for student Ambassadors leaving the program to obtain feedback to improve the campus visit.

Trying to decide between a paper form, an electronic form or a one on one meeting before they graduate?

Anonymous or not?

Does anyone currently have anything in place?
