[civsa] Holding Luggage for Visitors

Hi Kristin,
We hold it but let them know we are not liable for it. It will be in a space where someone is at all times and not left alone. We don’t have any space to hold luggage, let alone a secure space. I always tell them if they have anything super valuable in it they should take it with them. Families are usually ok with this process. And we don’t hold luggage overnight.
Best,
Kanani

Do you hold it for them while they go on a tour, or do you leave it to them as to not be liable for their belongings?
