[civsa] Ambassador Pay Increase for Second Language

Hi CIVSA community!

We would like to offer a pay increase of $1/ hr to our Ambassadors who
speak a second language, however we are limited this academic year to the
student worker job levels and hourly pay rate that are already
established.

Does your school offer a pay increase?  If so, is it tied to a student
worker pay level or is it separate from the already established level and
written in the position description?  Do you know of other offices on your
campus that offer a second language pay increase?

Any information on the topic would be wonderful!
