[civsa] Student Social Media policies

Hello all,

I hope you are all able to enjoy wonderful weather today!

We are trying to take a look at our student employee social media practices and so I am reaching out to all of you to see what your practices might be.  In the past, we have always stressed that they are representatives of the University and that they should be a little cautious for you never know who could see what is posted, but we are looking to have something a little more concrete in place.

If you oversee students:
do you, as the supervisor,  monitor what is on their different social media platforms?
do you leave it alone and not worry about it?
Do you have set departmental policies in place, and if so, what do you do if those policies are not followed?
