Greetings,

I hope this message finds everyone enjoying the beginning of a productive summer session! My name is Courtney Payne and I coordinate the visit program at UW-Parkside and have recently been given full supervision of our ambassador staff. While I am eager to implement my new ideas for the program, I was hoping to gain some guidance and best practices! The first two areas I am looking to tackle are developing a recruitment plan to help us become one of the most coveted roles on campus and creating more robust and intentional training and professional development opportunities. Any assistance or recommendations you all could send my way are greatly appreciated!
