Hi Karen,



We moved to an online option when our tour guide group size grew.  We now use www.Whentowork.com<http://www.Whentowork.com> to schedule and www.Slack.com<http://www.Slack.com> to communicate and check in for shifts.  The students seem to like it because they can check it from anywhere.

Hello, CIVSA! I know this question has been posed before, but am interested in knowing what apps/programs y'all use for scheduling student staff? Our old-school excel sheet format is no longer working and we're looking to implement something new soon. Thanks!
