I manage the visitor's center at Texas Christian University.  We currently host about 1,000 events annually.  We do not charge TCU department and colleges for facility usage.  We do not allow personal events (such as weddings, etc.).  We are beginning an addition and renovations soon and realize this would be an ideal time to update our usage policies.  I would be very grateful to anyone willing to share your visitor's center usage policies and facility usage charges.
