[civsa] overnight hosts

Hi Anna - we do hire first years to become hosts (typically I start asking
ones that came for an overnight visit the year before!) We pay them for 3
hours to host one student (minimum wage).  I typically find more females
interested than guys.  I also work with coaches to see if they have some
'good' students to refer.

Our overnights arrive at 4 pm - spend the evening with their host (of
course we give the visiting student meal vouchers) and then the next day,
we try to have them shadow their host to classes, etc as well as arrange
any specific meetings they've requested.
We also provide the visiting student bedding/towels, etc
