[civsa] Visitor Center refreshments

Hi all!
I hope you all are having a smooth spring break season! The following questions are for those of you who provide refreshments in your visitor center or waiting areas:

n  What refreshments do you provide (i.e cookies, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water, etc.)?

n  Do you have a specific budget for refreshments (if so, any details you are willing to share would be appreciated) or is it just a part of the general admission budget?

n  Do you go to a big box store to get your food/supplies or is it provided by your school's dining services department?

n  Who's responsibility is it within your office to refresh/clean the charging station area each day?

n  Do you have any issues with guests taking too much of certain items or do you just budget for it?
