[civsa] Seeking tour guide/ ambassador program info

Hello, CIVSA!

I am seeking information about paid Ambassador/ tour guide programs at
small schools with populations around 1,400 students.  We are trying to
move our volunteer program to paid for the next fiscal year and we would
like to know the following questions about your programs, if you also work
at a small school:

- How many Ambassadors do you have?
- What are their primary duties, and if you're willing, could you share
contracts and/or position descriptions?
- What is your budget for the program, including hours, training, and gear?
