[civsa] Tour guide hiring process

Hello all:
We are on quarters at Stanford. We recruit and hire student tour guides during Winter Quarter and train them during Spring Quarter. Our guides are paid, and they staff the Visitor Center and provide multiple types of tours, but they do not serve in any Admission capacity. (That is done separately by student "Admission Associates" hired through a separate process.)
A document containing our recruitment timeline, application, and student job description is attached, but the general timeline for this past year is also copied here.

Hi all!

Would anyone be willing to share their hiring process for tour guides? We've created a format that's been helpful in finding great guides but has been a bit time-consuming (I'm happy to share too!). Since we're on a quarter system we're looking for ways to shorten our process.
