[civsa] Student Retreat Goal-Setting

Hello CIVSA Colleagues!

Every year, we host a retreat with our admissions student coordinators.
This team of 8 assists with varying aspects of our visit programs office. I
am looking to expand our retreat and improve some of the typical retreat
activities.

I'm wondering if any folks out there have any suggestions on activities as
it pertains to goal-setting in a student and admissions context. I'd like
to improve upon what I've been doing for the past few years.
