Admission Representative

Ripon College seeks an enthusiastic energetic addition to their admission
office. This individual works and contributes through a team-oriented
approach to assist the Admission Office in the overall planning and
operations of the College’s student recruitment program. Responsibilities
include working with a key recruitment territory and planning and
coordinating both on and off campus special events and recruiting
functions. This person works collaboratively with all areas within the
College to enhance the overall recruitment and admission goals.  The title
of the position will be commensurate with experience.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, valid driver’s license, and an
appreciation for the value of a liberal arts and sciences education.
Preference will be given to those with: 3-5 years admission experience
and/or transfer admission experience.  In addition, the individual should
possess the following characteristics and abilities: excellent oral,
written and listening communication skills as well as outstanding and
demonstrated organizational skills.  The successful candidate will have a
professional appearance and demeanor.  Enthusiasm for, and an ability to do
significant traveling as well as a willingness to work beyond the
traditional work day/week and the ability to work independently and as part
of a team, collaboratively and flexibly.  A commitment to diversity and
inclusion is required with previous supervisory experience desired.
