[civsa] Recruitment Programs Calendar

Hello CIVSALand!

I have a request for those of you in a Power-Five Conference (no offense intended to anyone else), but I would like to know what your Recruitment Programs Calendar looks like.  Basically, as I am working to revamp our visit experience here at the U, I am looking to you for inspiration as to when you hold programs in the fall and spring, their focus/intent/purpose.  Do you only focus on app-gen in Fall, and yield in Spring?  Where do juniors fall in the mix?  When is your application deadline and first release date?  Do you worry about hosting events based on these dates or do you just host when you find space and room?  The devil's in the details they say, so I hope you can help me out :)
