The Assistant Director of Admission will work closely with the Senior Assistant Director for Student Volunteers in implementing and coordinating the Welcome Cats program. In addition, he/she will also represent the University at select on and off-campus programs (i.e. high school visits, college fairs, group information sessions, case studies, panels, etc.) for recruitment and yield purposes in a territory yet to be determined. This person is responsible for organizing, implementing, and managing Villanova's recruitment efforts and yield activities, as well as the enhancement and continued maintenance of the volunteer Alumni Recruitment Network (ARN) from said region. This individual will also holistically read and assess all applications for admission from the designated territory and serve as a resource to students, parents and school counselors throughout the application process.
