[civsa] Queue Management System Recommendations

Hi Everyone,

Happy New Year!

I am looking for recommendations for a queue management system.

In addition to having control over customizing the messages that go out to students waiting and the fields we have in the system (e.g., a field for comments or classification), I am looking for a system with reporting features.

I would also prefer a web-based system so that we do not have to download (too much) software.

Any particularly good systems out there? Any systems we should avoid?
