[civsa] Weather Closure Line

Hello CIVSA,

Happy New Year! Question for those of you whose Information Center also includes a Call Center...Do you happen to have a separate line that folks can call to get weather closure information? Our line gets clogged with hopeful students looking for us to close for inclement weather and we were thinking that it might be better if they could call a specific number instead. Do you all have any insights into this?
