[civsa] Coffee Shops in Visitors Centers

Hey there,

So our student union is closing for renovations and the powers that be want
to divert the coffee traffic from that building into our visitor center.
Has anyone had experience with gaining a full-service coffee shop with
grab-and-go food items? We are seeing some potential concerns regarding
this since we are not a traditional visitor center, and wanted to see what
our colleagues have experienced. We're thinking it's going to cause more
trash, more messes, more lingering, strain on our wifi, bathrooms, etc. Any
insight is appreciated.
