The University of Alaska Fairbanks is looking for a Regional Senior
Admissions Counselor based in Seattle.

The University of Alaska Fairbanks is looking for an experienced
professional to be a Regional Senior Admissions Counselor based in the
Seattle/Tacoma area. The job will support students from the state of
Washington in their college search by serving as their primary point of
contact through the admissions process. They will also build relationships
that facilitate the recruitment of prospective students and represent the
University to a wide and diverse audience to influence college choice.

This position will create, implement and asses a data driven recruitment
strategy to strengthen enrollment and build strategic relationships in
Washington State with short and long term goals and initiatives.

Grade 79 - $53,705

This position is required to be based out of the individual’s home who must
reside within specified boundaries in the Seattle/Tacoma area, or as
approved. Work is done independently out of their home, in high schools,
community colleges and other venues. Must be able and willing to
independently travel for extended periods and work late nights, early
mornings, evenings and weekends.

Submission of a cover letter, resume, a 500 word writing sample on the
topic "Why UAF?", and three professional references are required as part of
the application process.
