[civsa] Group Tours & Expectations

Good afternoon, CIVSA -

Hope everyone is having a great Friday! We are in the process of revising
our messaging to group tours coming to campus. We currently host guided
group tours September - May to elementary, middle school and high school
aged groups, 3x  a day on Tuesdays-Fridays.  Last year we noticed that some
groups' behaviors were not in line with our University Rules & Regulations
and Visitor Conduct expectations.

Do any of your institutions have contracts in place for group tours to
acknowledge and agree to before visiting campus? If so, would you mind
sharing those with me? We are mindful of keeping customer service and
campus access at the forefront, but also realize that we need to provide
clear language for expectations.  Currently, we include the verbiage in the
groups confirmation email but it's proving that many groups are overlooking
this. Continuing with service oriented language is key for me.
