[civsa] Seeking examples of videos used before admission information sessions (Greiner, Ania)

Hi everyone!

Here at New Paltz we have a video that is played on loop while our visitors wait for their presentation to begin. It a mix of student interviews, videos of campus, and pictures paired with music. It is approximately 29 minutes long to make sure they do not have to watch the same thing over and over again. I unfortunately do not have the ability to send the big video as a whole, but below I provided the link to the YouTube videos that make up the longer video. Let me know if you have any questions!

Saint Michael's College is planning to create a short video to be shown prior to the counselor-led presentation before campus tours.  We are looking for examples of videos that other schools have created to kick off the counselor-led presentation.  If you have such a video, would you be willing to share it here on the CIVSA listserv?  Thanks!

Good morning CIVSA!

For those of you who survey your daily visitors on campus instead of electronically post-visit, what is your process?  How you ensure collection of the surveys?  When are they distributed?  Do you use incentives to encourage the return of surveys?  Also, if you are willing to share examples of your on campus surveys that would be very helpful!
