[civsa] On Campus Surveys

Good morning CIVSA!

For those of you who survey your daily visitors on campus instead of electronically post-visit, what is your process?  How you ensure collection of the surveys?  When are they distributed?  Do you use incentives to encourage the return of surveys?  Also, if you are willing to share examples of your on campus surveys that would be very helpful!
