[civsa] Training for Volunteer Guides

Hello all,

I am in a new role and managing a paid and volunteer team. I am struggling with managing tour training and expectations for the volunteer team. I am working to create a new volunteer tour guide manual. Does anyone have any insight into their training programs for the volunteer guides that they would be willing to share? Any tips that you have for holding the volunteers accountable would also be greatly appreciated.
