Hello CIVSA!

I work at a mid-size private institution of about 3000 undergraduates and 8500 total students. My role is to oversee campus visitation for the undergraduate admissions office, and we see about 5000 visitors come through our various events during the year. I work in the Admissions Office, but I do not have a recruitment territory and I am the only person responsible for all of our campus visitation (daily tours, group tours, overnights, scholarship competitions, open houses, and supervising a student staff). I am interested to hear from others who work at an institution around the same size or whose responsibilities seem similar to mine. If you think that either applies to you, would you please respond with the following:

How many events do you hold per year? What types of events do you host? What is the average attendance?
How many students to you have on staff/volunteer?
How many visitors attended daily visits last year?
