[civsa] Dress Code - Tattoos and Piercings

We don't have a specific policy regarding tattoos or piercings. Our belief
is that these students represent the culture of Michigan, and people take
tours to get a sense of the student body.

However, students have to wear their polo and shorts or shirts have to hit
the knee.
