[civsa] Dress Code - Tattoos and Piercings

Hello!

We have several student ambassadors who have visible tattoos and excessive piercings. Our dress code states that tattoos have to be covered and excessive piercings removed while they are at work. We are afraid that parents of prospective students will find them offensive.  How do you handle these in your office?
