[civsa] Evaluation Box

We still do paper evaluations after our campus tours and are looking for a
large evaluation box for visitors to deposit their completed forms in.

Anyone have a suggestion for a good product?

We would want one that is large enough to fit a 8 1/2 x 11 pieces of paper
folded in half.

Doesn't need to have a lock on it but could.
