[civsa] Policies on Overnight Visits with Minors

Hi Merideth,
This is a very involved process at Michigan. We're allowed to do overnight
visits, but there are a series of forms that parents must sign for Risk
Management, prospies must sign for Michigan Housing, and the students who
are hosting the prospies must undergo a background check. Instead of
