[civsa] Feedback Requested- Welcome Center/Visitors Center Specs

Dear CIVSA Community-

Sul Ross is just in the planning stages of building a welcome/visitor center and we have an idea of what we would like to include in the 2640-2700 sf area, but I would like some feedback from the community.

Here's what we plan to include:

Video presentation room
Conference classroom
Entrance with desk for staff and seating for visitors
Suite of Offices that would house:
    *director of new student programs
    *director alumni association
    * an additional office
    *student workroom and storage
    *reception area & support staff
Restrooms

Is there anything that you would recommend removing or adding to what we already have listed? I would also appreciate any thoughts on housing student programming and alumni relations together.
