We did an anonymous survey of our Ambassadors last year and got some really great feedback. Some of the questions are obviously specific to our institution, but keeping the survey anonymous really got us honest and helpful feedback.

What areas do you think we should focus on during training?
How much time do you think is sufficient for training?
Other thoughts/suggestions for training?

WHENTOWORK
Do you think WhenToWork is an appropriate way to manage Ambassador schedules?
Were the instructions for using WhenToWork clear and helpful?
Did WhenToWork make it easier for you to find coverage when you needed to miss a shift?
Other thoughts/suggestions for using WhenToWork

TOURS
How long does a typical tour last for you?
Do you think tours are assigned appropriately?
Is there anything we could change to make giving tours a better experience for our visitors?
Is there anything we could change to make giving tours a better experience for our tour guides?

OPEN HOUSES
Do you feel Open House staffing is assigned appropriately?
Is there anything you would like to see changed about Ambassadors at Open House?

Subject: SUSPECT EMAIL [civsa] Ambassador Survey [WARNING: DKIM validation failed]

Good Morning!

I would appreciate it if anyone could share any surveys to gage how the ambassadors feel about their ambassador program. We are looking into revamping the program this summer but would really love to hear from the students themselves. Any tools or ideas that have been successful at your institutions would be great. =]

Thank you!
