[civsa] Compensating students on an ad hoc basis

Hi Ania!
I don't know if this would work with your institution, but last semester we
needed a few extra hands at our events so we gave about six students a
small scholarship for helping us during the semester. It took some time to
plan before hand, but it was a good band-aid solution for us.
