[civsa] Inclement Weather Policies

Hello!

I have a few questions regarding weather:

I am curious about how your offices deal with tours and inclement weather:  rain, thunderstorms, snow, etc. What are your policies for inclement weather and how do you deal with tour groups- especially ones that are caught in unexpected downpours (like we had today!)?  What does your follow up look like for visitors who may not have had the best weather-related experience on campus?

Also, do you give your guests anything when it is raining (ponchos, umbrellas)?  If so, how are you budget conscious with your purchases?
