[civsa] On-Campus Scholarship Events Days

Hello CIVSA Friends,

We are interested in finding out if anyone offers on-campus "Scholarship Day(s)".  Specifically, anyone with an enrollment around 6,500 students.  As an example - this would be bringing students on-campus to test, write an essay, complete a case study, etc. to win a scholarship.  If you do and would be willing to share...
1.      What time of year do you offer this?
2.      How many days do you offer?
3.      Is it a general scholarship or a specific department?  Which departments?
4.      Do you include an open house (academic or otherwise?)
