[civsa] Paid Staff Wages

Hi Scott. Our Tour Guides make $11/hour when they start ($10/hour is minimum wage in Chicago). After they’ve worked as a Tour Guide for a year, they make $12/hour. They can work up to 20 hours/week and also do general office work, answer phones, work on phone call campaigns, etc.

Can you all do me a quick solid and let me know how much you pay your student staff?  If you have both tour guides and other student workers, if you can delineate that too please?  Are there any grounds for raises?
