[civsa] Guest Experience Coordinator Progression

Hi everyone!

I'm curious to find out how other schools handle a Guest Experience Coordinator position (or similar titled position). I've held this position for the last 2 ½ years and it is starting to evolve, so I'm wondering how others manage their time, what responsibilities fall under this position and how the position has grown in the office since it's not a typical counselor position. If anyone could send me over a description of your duties or any other information you think would be relevant, I'd really appreciate it!
