[civsa] Tour Ambassador Application

Good morning CIVSA Land!  Here is ours, and the interview process is attached

Everyone submits an application with a resume and two essays.
We then select people to advance to the group interview where they must present a creative project and speak on an impromptu topic
We then select people to advance to final individual interviews
