Hi Dee,

I've had this happen to me sometimes as well and I have always allowed it.
I have seen these self-shot videos make their way to YouTube and get
thousands of hits. A couple does show the tour guide getting angry about
being filmed and it makes the school look bad. So from a PR stand point,
I've allowed it because it could be good free press.
