Good afternoon CIVSA-
Have any of you all (who give campus tour presentations) looked out into the audience during your talk, only to realize someone has raised their cell phone and are recording your presentation? Do you allow it? Do you ask them to stop in the middle of the presentation? Do you have a sign on the door saying no recording? I just want to know if this happens frequently and if there are any best practices regarding this.
I don't like being recorded without prior permission, but I also don't want to make someone cross our school off their list if I'm not handling the situation properly.
