Hi Dustin!
I don't know if this would be an option for your office, but we have
specific students trained to present the info session. So ideally when a
prospective student comes for a visit they attend a 15-30 info session with
a student, and are given a hour tour with another student. This took a lot
of training on our end. There are pros and cons having a student present,
but we feel so far it has been a good change.
