Hey CIVSA Land!  Below is our Leadership Team Breakdown for the University Ambassadors of the University of Utah

The Senior Leadership Team are the primary decision makers for the organization.  They oversee the remaining positions and any committees

The goal is for them to be elected into these roles (except Team Lead, Visitor Relations - I appoint that person) but right now the organization is still burgeoning, so we are filling the roles with interested folks who I determine if they are fit to lead.  Hopefully next December, we will have our first fully elected LT.

We do elections in December and they serve a calendar year role (January-December) instead of an academic year.  We found this will mitigate burnout of graduating seniors who are then free to enjoy the golden months of their final semester

Good Morning!

I have a question regarding your ambassador/tour guide structure. We are looking into setting up a leadership team of sorts for our student tour guides to encourage them to take ownership and accountability for the tasks they complete each semester such as recruitment, training and social events. If any of you would be willing to share your models or other ideas/tips, please let me know!
