[civsa] Ambassador Team Breakdown

Hello,
We are a small school with a small ambassador team of 15 students. This means that each student gets 1 shift a week (they wish they had more), but also that I never have enough tour guides for Preview Days and other events because of class schedules, breaks, etc. Does anyone employ an ambassador structure where new hires do event tours only and weekly shifts are reserved for more senior ambassadors?
