[civsa] How to choose which ambassadors attend SDI?

We presented the opportunity to our student leadership team (there are 7 of them) and asked them to respond to a few questions about the conference and why they wanted to attend, and then we'll pick from there.  Part of the email to them is below:

Because we are limited on the number of students we can send, we wanted to reach out to all of you and see who may be interested (and available) in attending.  Please respond to this email with answers to the following questions (a few sentences for each will suffice) if you would like to be considered for this opportunity:


*         Why are you interested in attending the CIVSA Student Development Institute?

*         How do you think attending this conference will benefit you in your role within the Admissions Office?

*         If you were to be asked to present at this conference - what topics would you like to discuss?



Definitely going to be a tough choice if they all say they are interested - but my preference would be to send some of the younger students so that they have more time to implement things they bring back from the conference.

Hello all! Last year I only had 4 students who were able to attend SDI.  I am in a position this year where we have 6 students that responded they want to go but we can only take 4.

Does anyone have any suggestions about how to choose which student ambassadors attend SDI?
